Police attended two reported burglaries that took place at the same apartment complex in Warwick on Tuesday.
At 6pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Cobbs Hill Road, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who stated that sometime between 7:55am and 6pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into their home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of electronic equipment and a quantity of jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
Around 4:50pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Cobbs Hill Road, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who stated that they returned home around 4:35pm that day to discover that an unknown culprit had gained entry into their home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a Dell laptop computer and a quantity of jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
Around 10am on Tuesday, Police received a report of a burglary at ‘Calais on North Shore Road in Smiths parish. The complainant stated that sometime between 2am and 2:30am that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into the store. The culprit stole a black Philips 47” LCD flat screen TV, four pairs of ladies jeans and 12 pairs of ladies sunglasses. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
