Burglary

At 4:05pm on Monday, Police attended a reported burglary at a New Park Lane, Pembroke residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 12:30pm and 3:30pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her apartment while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a white I-Pod, a cellular phone and 5 DVDs. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 10:35am on Monday, Police received a report of a burglary at the Dalton E. Tucker Primary School (formerly Southampton Glebe). On arrival officers spoke with one of the schools teachers who stated that sometime between 4:15pm on Friday and earlier on Monday, an unknown culprit gained entry into her classroom. The culprit stole a Dell computer with a 15” monitor. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Injury RTC

Around 2:45am on Sunday, Police attended a reported single vehicle road traffic collision resulting in injury at the junction of Middle Road and Corkscrew Hill in Devonshire. It appears that the jeep was traveling east on Middle Road when the driver, a 21 year old Pembroke woman, lost control and collided with a wall. The Pembroke woman sustained a cut to her left arm and abrasions to her hands and feet. She was subsequently arrested on suspicion of impaired driving. The jeep was extensively damaged. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
