Burglary

Police responded to a report of a burglary that took place at Cox’s Hill in Pembroke just after 6 this morning. The complainant states that he was sound asleep when he was awakened by the sound of breaking glass. He got up to investigate and it was at that time he discovered that someone had thrown a wooden clock through the kitchen window, gained entry into his home and made a search of the premises. The victim then went outside and noticed what he believed to be a man making good his escape on a red push bike. It is unknown at this time whether or not anything is missing from the dwelling. Anyone with information into this incident is asked to contact the Hamilton Criminal Investigation Unit on 295-0011.

Missing Juvenile - Found

Police would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating 14 year Dishon Burgess who returned home on his own accord yesterday.

However Police are now asking for the public’s assistance in locating 12 year old Makhi Davis who was last seen on Monday on Happy Valley Road. He is described as 5’4" inches tall, medium build, brown skinned with a close hair cut. He was last seen wearing light blue jeans, black shirt with grey sleeves and a black bubble jacket with fur around the hood. Makhi is known to frequent the Jones Village area.

The Bermuda Police Service would like to remind the public that aiding and abetting a minor is a crime punishable under the law and anyone who may know the whereabouts of 12 year old Makhi Davis is asked to contact Detective Constable Rock at the Juvenile & Domestic Crime Unit on 295-0011.
