Theft

At 6:40pm on Wednesday, Police attended a reported theft from an unattended vehicle parked at the Bermuda Athletic Association (BAA) in Pembroke. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 2pm and 6pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her car and stole a silver HP laptop computer. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 6:30pm on Wednesday, Police attended a reported theft from an unattended vehicle parked at Bulls Head car park in Pembroke. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 8:30am and 6:30pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into his car and stole a quantity of cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

This was one of several reported thefts from unattended vehicles at Bulls Head car park yesterday. In some instances, cash and personal items were removed. The Bermuda Police Service is continuing to ask members of the public not to leave valuables in their vehicles (or any personal items in plain view) and to be vigilant for suspicious activity or individuals hanging around parked cars, particularly in the area of Bulls Head car park. Anyone with any information about these incidents is encouraged to contact Police on 295-0011.
