Burglary

Around 3:05pm on Wednesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Cedar Hill, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 7:20am and 1:15pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a gold 'Bulova' men's watch, a 'Stanton' turntable and a quantity of electronic equipment and CDs. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

The Bermuda Police Service in conjunction with Court Services is advising any members of the public who were scheduled to attend Magistrates Court for 'traffic court' on Tuesday, June 5 that due to the public holiday declared on that date honouring the late Dame Lois Browne Evans JP MP, the June 5 'traffic court' session has been rescheduled to Thursday, June 7 in Magistrates Court starting at 2:30pm.
