S.T.E.P.

For the next two weeks, Police will remain focused on a very specific traffic programme called S.T.E.P. (Strategic Traffic Enforcement Program).

We are reminding the public that over the weekend officers from east to west will be highly visible on our roads. Officers from the Roads Policing Unit have been targeting:

• Speed
• Helmet Straps
• Tint
• Illegal License Plates

We are asking the public to govern themselves accordingly.

Reminder - Hurricane Bertha Advisory

We are also reminding the public that the Emergency Broadcasting Station will be operational 24 hours before the impending hurricane. 100.1FM will be the official Government Broadcast Station, with the official news and information being broadcast on that station intermittently. Please program 100.1FM into all radios.
