Injury RTC

Around 7:45pm on Thursday, Police attended a reported single vehicle road traffic collision resulting in injury on North Shore Road in Devonshire near the junction with Tribe Road #2. It appears that a car was traveling east on North Shore Road when the driver, a 24 year old Pembroke woman, lost control and collided with a wall. The Pembroke woman was not injured. Her two children were in the back seat of the vehicle; the 2 year old girl sustained a minor abrasion to her right leg while the 1 year old boy did not appear to be injured. Both children were taken to KEMH as a precaution. The car received moderate front end damage.

At 10:10am on Thursday, Police attended a reported single vehicle road traffic collision on Harrington Sound Road in Hamilton parish near the junction with Quarry Road. It appears that a van was traveling east on Harrington Sound Road when the driver, a 26 year old Pembroke man, lost control and collided with a wall. The Pembroke man complained of pain to his right shoulder and sustained abrasions to his right leg. He was taken to KEMH via ambulance for treatment.
