Around 6:35pm on Tuesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Cochrane Road, Sandy’s parish residence. The complainant stated that sometime between 7:50am and 11:45am that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her apartment while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of cash and jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 5:45pm on Tuesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Railway Trail, Paget residence. The complainant stated that sometime between 8:15am and 4:15pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a silver & black Panasonic flat screen TV and a quantity of cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 4:45pm on Tuesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Parsonage Lane, Sandy’s parish residence. The complainant stated that sometime between 8:20am and 4pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of cash and jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Search Continues for Omari Gordon

Police are still appealing for anyone who may know the whereabouts of 26 year old Omari Gordon. Mr. Gordon is wanted in relation to the firearms incident that took place in Middletown just over a week ago. It is clear that members of the community are providing food and shelter for Mr. Gordon. When he is brought to justice those individuals will be pursued and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Anyone who may know the whereabouts of Omari Gordon, whether in a direct or indirect manner, should contact Police or risk prosecution. The public should now be aware that aiding and abetting a fugitive is a crime and punishable by a fine and or a term of imprisonment.
