Witness Appeal: Teenager Stabbed in Warwick [Updated]

Police are appealing for witnesses after the reported stabbing of an 18 year old man, which apparently occurred in the Ord Road, Cherry Lane Warwick area around 12:10am today (January 25th).

The injured teenager is currently being treated at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for wounds that are believed to be serious and an update on his condition will be provided in due course.

Anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the Ord Road, Cherry Lane Warwick area around 12:10am Thursday, January 25th or anyone with any relevant information is asked to contact the main police telephone number 295-0011.

Update: At last check this afternoon, the 18 year old man stabbed in the Ord Road, Cherry Lane Warwick area around 12:10am today (Thursday, January 25th) was recovering in stable condition on a general ward at the hospital.

Collision on Crow Lane

Around 8:50am today (January 25th) police and first responders were dispatched to a reported collision along Crow Lane in Pembroke.

Initial information suggests that three cars were involved and that the three vehicles were being driven into the City of Hamilton when the collision occurred.

Apparently all three cars and a wall were damaged, but there were no reported injuries.

However, it is believed that the female driver of one of the cars involved was taken to the hospital via ambulance for treatment relating to a pre-existing medical condition.

After some delays in the area, traffic flow has returned to normal along Crow Lane.
