Two Car Collision: Middle Road, North Shore Road Smith’s Parish

Around 2pm Tuesday, June 25th a reported two car collision occurred at the junction of Middle Road and North Shore Road in Smith’s parish (Flatts Village).
It appears that one car was being driven along Middle Road and the other car was being driven along North Shore Road when the vehicles collided at the junction.
The car that was travelling along Middle Road then struck a wall, causing a section of it to fall.
Following the collision both drivers, said to be a 20 year old Pembroke woman a 35 year old Devonshire woman, were treated at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital and later discharged.
It is also understood that an infant in a child safety seat travelling in the 35 year old woman’s car was not hurt.
