Second Man Arrested: City of Hamilton Bus Terminal Altercation

At last check earlier this morning (February 1st) the 18 year old man injured during an altercation that occurred at the City of Hamilton bus terminal around 11:30am Monday, January 29th had been discharged from the hospital after receiving treatment on a general ward. He was then arrested in connection with the incident.

A 20 year old man also hurt in the same incident was initially arrested after being treated and discharged from the hospital sometime later on Monday.

Both men have since been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

The appeal for witnesses continues and anyone with any information regarding this matter is encouraged to contact the Criminal Investigation Department on 247-1744.

Motorcyclist Hurt in January 26th Crash Now Stable on General Ward

At last check earlier this morning (February 1st) the 51 year old Devonshire man injured in a single vehicle motorcycle crash along Somerset Road in Sandys parish, near the junction with Morgan Hill around 9:40pm Friday, January 26th was recovering in stable condition on a general ward at the hospital, after initially being admitted to the Intensive Care Unit.
