Reported Single Vehicle Motorcycle Crash on Store Hill [Updated]

Around 8:55pm Monday, August 5th police and fellow first responders were dispatched to a reported single vehicle motorcycle crash on Store Hill in Smith’s parish.

Early information suggests that the male rider came into contact with a wall before crashing.

He was rushed to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance and at last check was unconscious.

An update on his medical condition is anticipated in due course.

Traffic diversions are in effect while the scene is processed.

Update: Tuesday, August 6th - At last check this morning (August 6th) the 47 year old male rider seriously hurt in a reported single vehicle motorcycle crash that occurred around 8:55pm Monday, August 5th on Store Hill in Smith’s parish was listed in critical condition in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.
