Reported Single Vehicle Damage Only Car Crash on St. David’s Road

Around 9:30am Sunday, March 4th police officers attended a reported single vehicle crash on St. David’s Road in St. George’s, near the junction with Chapel of Ease Road.

It appears that a car being driven west on St. David’s Road struck a roadside embankment and overturned. The driver, a 21 year old St. George’s woman, was not injured.

However, the vehicle involved was damaged and later towed away. Any witnesses can contact the main police telephone number 295-0011.

Reported Single Vehicle Damage Only Car Crash in Hamilton Parish

Around 6:30am Saturday, March 3rd police officers attended a reported single vehicle crash on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish, near the junction with Sunnyside Drive.

It appears that a car being driven east on North Shore Road struck and ended up on top of the roadside embankment. The driver, a 30 year old Hamilton parish man, was unhurt.

The vehicle involved was damaged and later towed away. Any witnesses can contact the main police telephone number 295-0011.

Three Vehicle Collision: Middle Road, Paget Friday Night

Around 9:45pm Friday, March 2nd police and first responders attended a reported three vehicle collision on Middle Road in Paget near the junction with Cedars Drive.

It appears that a car being driven west on Middle Road collided with a motorcycle being ridden in the opposite direction, as well as another car being driven east.

Traffic was diverted away from the scene and the driver of the westbound car, believed to be a 65 year old Smith’s parish man, was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving.

Both the motorcycle rider, believed to be a 54 year old Hamilton parish man and the driver of the eastbound car, believed to be a 40 year old Warwick woman, were hurt.

The two injured motorists were apparently transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment and an update on their conditions is anticipated in due course. All three vehicles involved were damaged.

Update: Monday, March 5th - At last check this morning (March 5th) both the 54 year old male motorcyclist and 40 year old female car driver hurt in a collision with another car driven by a 65 year old man around 9:45pm Friday, March 2nd on Middle Road in Paget near the junction with Cedars Drive had been treated and discharged from the hospital.

The 65 year old man, believed to be a Smith’s parish resident, was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving following the three vehicle collision but later passed the alco-analyser test and has been released on police bail.

Two Car Collision: South Road, Southampton Friday Evening

Around 6pm Friday, March 2nd police and first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision at the junction of South Road and Tribe Road Number 3 in Southampton.

It appears that two cars were being driven in opposite directions in the vicinity of The Reefs Resort when the vehicles collided as the driver of the westbound car attempted to turn on to Tribe Road Number 3.

Apparently no one was injured. However, both vehicles were damaged and had to be towed away. Any witnesses can contact the main police telephone number 295-0011.
