Police Appeal for Public’s Assistance in Locating Stolen Car [Located]

The Bermuda Police Service is appealing for the public’s assistance in locating a reported stolen car.

The vehicle, described as a grey Peugeot 307 bearing license plate 47913, was apparently last seen around 8:20pm Monday, January 8th in the parking lot of Serpentine Liquors on Serpentine Road in Pembroke.

Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of this vehicle is asked to contact the main police telephone number 295-0011 with all relevant details.

Update: Friday, January 19th - The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating a grey Peugeot 307 car bearing license plate 47913, reported stolen almost two weeks ago (Monday, January 8th) from the parking lot of Serpentine Liquors in Pembroke.

The vehicle was subsequently recovered by police in The Glebe Road, Pembroke area Thursday afternoon (January 18th) and impounded as inquiries continue.

Man Discharged From Hospital After Treatment for New Year’s Assault

A 23 year old man initially admitted to the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit for treatment after being assaulted at the Fairmont Southampton Resort sometime during New Year’s Eve / New Year’s Day was later transferred to a general ward before being discharged earlier this week.
