The Bermuda Police Service can confirm the death of a 41 year old male who was found by a member of his family in a non-responsive state in his dwelling in Malabar Close in Sandys at 11:15am today.

The man was pronounced dead a short time after by an on call physician and no further information will be given until the next of kin has been notified.

Foul play is not suspected.

Update: Friday, March 1st - The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 41 year old Mr. Javon Gardener and extends sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Mr. Gardener was found by a member of his family in an unresponsive state around 11:15am Thursday, February 28th in his Malabar Close, Sandys parish home and later pronounced dead at the scene by an on call doctor.

Foul play is not suspected and a cause of death is being examined.
