22 Year Old Male Motorcyclist Hurt in Paget Crash [Updated]

Police and first responders attended a report of a single vehicle road traffic collision that took place around 8:06pm on Trimingham Hill in Paget.

It appears that a 22 year old man was traveling south on Trimingham Hill when he lost control of his cycle and hit the curb. The man was conveyed to the hospital and his condition is presently unknown.

Traffic is being diverted from the area whilst the scene is being processed. Anyone who may have seen the collision is asked to contact police at 295-0011.

Update: Thursday, February 28th - A 22 year old man hurt in a reported single vehicle motorcycle crash that occurred around 8pm Wednesday, February 27th was treated at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital and later discharged.

Apparently the 22 year old rider – said to be a Paget resident – struck a kerb in the Trimingham Road, Trimingham Hill Paget area.

Temporary traffic diversions were in effect while the scene was processed and any witnesses to this crash are asked to call Constable Chaquita Simmons on the main police telephone number 295-0011.
