Advisory – Washington Street Bus Terminal

The Bermuda Police Service would like to advise the motoring public that officers will be monitoring the Washington Street, City of Hamilton Bus Terminal area for any traffic related offences which may occur. This initiative will take place over the next few weeks, particularly during peak traffic periods.

Motorists should be aware that there are parking restrictions on Washington Street and that the street is primarily for the use of Government buses.

Burglary

Around 1:40pm on Thursday, Police received a report of a burglary at an Elliot Street, Pembroke residence. The complainant stated that sometime between 5:30pm on Wednesday and 6:30am on Thursday, an unknown culprit gained entry into his apartment. The culprit stole a Dell laptop computer. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
