Around 7:40pm on Saturday, Police received a report of a fire at a South Terrace, Pembroke residence. Officers attended the scene a short time later and found that Bermuda Fire Service personnel already had the blaze under control. There does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Burglary

Around 4:55pm on Thursday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Crown Lane, Warwick residence. The complainant stated that around 3pm that day an unknown culprit or culprits gained entry into her garage. The culprit(s) stole a blue & white motocross bike. The bike was subsequently recovered. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

A man has been arrested at the L. F. Wade International Airport in relation to a firearm incident that took place around 3:40pm today. An investigation into the matter is underway.

Around 7:10pm on Wednesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Fourth Avenue, Devonshire residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 8am and 6:30pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
